In order to eliminate waste, cards will be packaged together in two biodegradable protective sleeves. If you would like each card to be packaged in an individual cello sleeve instead, please indicate that in the note section. Thank you!

1) We ship out of our studio in Toronto, Canada. Our processing time is 3-5 business days, which means that if you order a card on Monday evening, it may not be dispatched until the next Monday.

2) You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when we've shipped your order.

3) To keep costs down for our customers, we ship using the most economical method, which is oversized lettermail. Unfortunately for Canadian customers, this does not include tracking information unless you purchase a tracking upgrade. If you need your order within a specific time frame, we highly recommend that you purchase tracking.

4) Orders within Canada typically arrive within 3-6 business days, even if you are located in Toronto. Orders going to the US typically arrive within 5-9 business days. Orders going to international destinations may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Shipping upgrades for all destinations are available at checkout.
