At Gotamago, we pride ourselves in high quality control of our products. We check each and every card that leaves our studio for imperfections. We toss out the really bad ones, but most of the ones we reject for full-price retail are only every so slightly imperfect.

The slight imperfections are never strongly visible. Some examples include:
- slight speck or blemish on the surface of card
- lightly cracked spine
- non-uniform printer colour
- slight bend on card surface.

By purchasing a slightly imperfect card, you are helping us divert them from recycling while getting a great deal. Thank you!

1) We ship out of our studio in Toronto, Canada. Our processing time is 3-5 business days, which means that if you order a card on Monday evening, it may not be dispatched until the next Monday.

2) You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when we've shipped your order.

3) To keep costs down for our customers, we ship using the most economical method, which is oversized lettermail. Unfortunately for Canadian customers, this does not include tracking information unless you purchase a tracking upgrade. If you need your order within a specific time frame, we highly recommend that you purchase tracking.

4) Orders within Canada typically arrive within 3-6 business days, even if you are located in Toronto. Orders going to the US typically arrive within 5-9 business days. Orders going to international destinations may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Shipping upgrades for all destinations are available at checkout.
